Her project focused on examining the biometrics and endocrinological data of two-banded seabream (Diplodus vulgaris) from 4 contrasted areas (in terms of heavy metal pollution) of the Port-Vendres harbour. To do so, she participated in the sampling of larval and juvenile fishes, in the photography of larval seabreams using a stereomicroscope, and in the analysis of these images using ImageJ (for morphological data), an in-house developed Python script (for pigmentation patterns), and R. She also helped us with the maintenance of our fish husbandry.
