Paula Masia Lillo

Paula is a marine ecologist with great interest on anthropogenic impact on marine ecosystems and special attention to plastic pollution. Recently, she was awarded the Sorbonne University MSCA Seal of Excellence postdoctoral fellowship to work at LECOB under the supervision of Dr. Lartaud, in collaboration with Dr. Besson in the EcoEvoDevo team. In this multidisciplinary project, her research focuses on the impact of microplastics on tropical corals, as well as trophic transfer of microplastics in a unique three-lvel trophic network, as well as social perception of microplastic contamination across food webs.
